Our Story
Born from a love of lucha libre and Mexican street food, Luchador Food Truck brings bold flavor, fresh ingredients, and community vibes to Las Cruces. We're locals serving locals — and grateful every single day.
Started by the Saenz family — Ivan and Sandra — with one goal: bring a cool new concept with classic traditional folk Mexican energy to our beloved Las Cruces community.

Catch us every Wednesday & Saturday, 8 AM – 1 PM at the Las Cruces Farmers & Crafts Market downtown. We also pop up at local events, school functions, and private catering — follow us on social media for real-time updates!
